PERSONAL DATA

The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to accomplish the purpose of the research or until the individual’s eventual cancellation or deletion.

DATA PROTECTION
The author of the survey will protect the information obtained from unauthorized access, modification, use, collection, storage, processing, disclosure or destruction. Only the author of the research, the maintainer of the 1KA service and its subcontractor have access to the data.
DELETION, CORRECTION OR ACCESS TO PERSONAL AND SURVEY DATA
In relation to the processing of personal data, an individual has the right of access to data, the right to correction, the right to erasure (the »right to be forgotten«), the right to limit the processing, the right to transfer of data, the right to object to the collection of personal data. In addition, the respondent is also entitled to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority or. to the Information Commissioner.
